when you say heart rate are you talking about the heart rate that steve mentioned? and is this considered resistance or cardio or both?
ReplyDeleteThis is a combo, I like to get 2 for 1 whenever possible. If you can keep your heart rate in the high 130's like Steve said, you'll burn fat most efficiently.
