Health Routines of Top Doctors

Ben and I read this article yesterday and thought it was very informative.  We especially liked imagining food as part of your body and communing with nature. We read stuff like this all the time, so we are excited to share it with all of you!

Watch Out 2013, Here We Come!

We are revving up the new year with new motivation and new hope in achieving a level of health and vitality that will shock us and our family!  It's going to be filled with delicious and nutritious meals, exercise that's geared to tighten up our soft spots.  We are aiming to increase our passion for, and understanding of, and fueling our bodies the best way so we can accomplish anything our heart desires.  With added energy, knowledge, and motivation, we are bound to succeed. 

What are you aspiring to accomplish?  I want to become an expert at disguising power foods into my family's diet, and race in the Lotoja bike tour 2013 or 2014 and/or the Blackridge Reservoir triathlon.
